Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RN - Rehabilitation to provide exceptional patient care in Pueblo of Sandia Village, NM.
Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and post-discharge care
• Document patient records accurately and timely

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and procedures
