RN: Resource Nurse (1099) in Bow, NH

RN: Resource Nurse (1099).

Pay rate: $75.00 per hour (1099).

Address: New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services 36, Clinton Street, Concord, NH, 03301.

Shift hours:
• 10:45pm-7:15am 5/8-hour shifts, 40 hours a week.
• Every other weekend, 11:00pm-7:00am Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the units and serve as a resource to nursing staff in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and caring environment on the units and throughout the hospital.
• Act as role models for the delivery of safe and therapeutic nursing care.
• Identify and communicate clinical and administrative concerns to Executive Nursing Leadership and/or the Executive on-call.
• Initiate the NHH Emergency Preparedness Plan and Patient Care Services Continuity of Operations Plans when needed in emergency situations.
• Monitor staff adherence to the Policies and Standards of NHH and NHH Department of Nursing.
• Monitor staffing throughout the hospital.
• Demonstrate positive leadership.

Requirements:
• Valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification.
