All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc. Responsibilities • Primary responsibilities include supervision of all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift • Duties involve assessing staffing and resident needs and directing care • Works predominately with an adult geriatric population • Serves as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective and efficient nursing care.
