Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ongoing nursing education • Provide in-services, annual competencies, and mandatory training • Track and maintain staff licensure, certifications, and education records • Identify learning needs and address performance gaps through education • Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff • Participate in QAPI and assist with policy and procedure updates Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred • Staff education or leadership experience preferred • Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills • Knowledge of state and federal SNF regulations
