Job Title: Clinical Supervisor – Evenings & Overnights
Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN
Schedule: Full-Time Evenings & Overnights (4:00pm to 12:30pm) + Every Other
Weekend and On-Call Rotation
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 per year + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Are you a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking to take on a leadership role in an assisted living setting? Nagel Assisted Living in Waconia, part of Sunflower Communities, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee and support our care team during the evening and overnight shifts. What You’ll Do
• Supervise Evening & Overnight Care Teams: Provide leadership and oversight for nurses and caregivers, ensuring quality care for residents
• Monitor Resident Health & Safety: Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to care plans, policies, and procedures
• Conduct Nursing Assessments: Perform and review assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations
• Medication & Treatment Oversight: Ensure proper medication administration and address any health-related concerns
• Support & Mentor Staff: Provide guidance, coaching, and clinical support to caregivers and nurses, fostering a positive and skilled care team
• Emergency Response & Crisis Management: Act decisively in urgent situations, coordinating appropriate medical responses and follow-up care
• Maintain Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure regulatory requirements and best practices are met across all evening and overnight operations
What You Bring to the Role
• Active RN License in Minnesota (Required)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting
• Strong clinical and assessment skills with a passion for senior care
• Ability to lead and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with assisted living regulations and best practices in nursing care
