Position: RN - Surgery (Full Time) - 6210 Overview St. Mary s Medical Center is seeking a Full Time RN for our Surgery Department . The RN is responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals caring for the patient. Accountable for assuring effective use of available resources, maintaining established standards of care and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay. Ensures that variations based on patients individual needs are justified and well documented. Assists with the management needs of Nursing Unit. Responsibilities • Provide daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of patient care in the Surgery Department. • Collaborate with nursing staff and other health care professionals to meet patient outcomes and length of stay targets. • Ensure care variations based on individual patient needs are justified and well documented. • Assist with management needs of the Nursing Unit. Qualifications • Registered Nurse (RN) license. • Experience in a surgical or perioperative setting preferred. • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
