Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Surgical ICU Stepdown in Indianapolis, IN, offering $1,727/week.
• Provide specialized nursing care to surgical ICU and stepdown patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing complex patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assess patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with patients and families.
