Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated RN for the Surgical ICU Stepdown in Murfreesboro, TN, earning $1,693/week.
Responsibilities Include
• Providing high-quality nursing care to surgical ICU and stepdown patients.
• Monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and managing complex cases.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensuring patient safety, comfort, and recovery progress.
• Documenting patient information accurately and promptly.
