RN Telemetry – Per Diem Pool Schedule This position is scheduled for day shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM. Candidates must be available for weekends. Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry/Med Surg to join our growing Per Diem Pool. The ideal candidate will provide quality care in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong clinical skills in telemetry monitoring. Responsibilities • Monitor patients’ vital signs and telemetry data. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care. • Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care. • Document patient care and progress accurately and timely in electronic medical records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Current RN license verification. • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as required. • Vaccination records for MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and Influenza. • Negative TB results. • Ability to undergo drug screening and background checks per organizational policy.
