Job Description
We are seeking experienced Float Pool Registered Nurses to provide care in MedSurg/Telemetry and Stepdown units. Nurses will be expected to float between units as needed, accommodating varying patient needs and conditions.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in MedSurg, Telemetry, and Stepdown units.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in MedSurg and Telemetry units; ability to float as needed.
