Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients by monitoring vital signs and managing complex medical conditions in a telemetry unit setting.

Responsibilities
• Monitor patient telemetry and vital signs
• Provide direct patient care and support
• Assist in procedures such as chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis, and thoracentesis
• Maintain documentation in Meditech and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient safety protocols

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Experience in Telemetry nursing
• Knowledge of chest tubes and dysrhythmia training
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIH
