Responsibilities include
• Monitoring and assessing patients' cardiac and vital signs in a telemetry unit.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely.
• Responding promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
