• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education
• Degree/diploma in nursing and current State of Arkansas Registered Nurse license required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience
• A minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly population and five years case management experience. Recent clinical nursing experience required. Community and geriatric nursing experience strongly preferred.

• Sound clinical skills and demonstrated good judgment.
Working knowledge of physical, mental and social needs of the frail elderly population.
Ability to problem-solves and plans effectively. Effective oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills.

• Under the supervision of the Clinic Supervisor, provides nursing care and services to participants of Total Life Healthcare.
Location: St. Bernards Healthcare · TLH PACE ADMINISTRATION
Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, M-F 900am - 5:30pm, schedule can vary.
