A company is looking for a Transfer Center Specialist RN. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient admissions and transfers between facilities, ensuring timely and appropriate care Perform initial admission screenings and maintain compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient flow and address barriers to throughput Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in the state of residence Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing Three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Emergency or Critical Care Must maintain current nursing licensure and comply with continuing education requirements Ability to multitask and meet specific typing and internet speed requirements
