RN Unit Manager in Falcon Heights, MN

St. Anthony Park Home - St. Anthony Park Home is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to take full ownership of an assigned unit and lead day-to-day clinical care. This role reports directly to the Director of Nursing and is ideal for an RN who enjoys being hands-on, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality resident care. What You’ll Do • Own daily clinical operations for your assigned unit • Lead and support nursing staff on the unit • Ensure care plans, documentation, and compliance standards are met • Partner closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team What We’re Looking For • Active RN license • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience • Unit leadership or charge nurse experience preferred What We Offer • Pay: $40–$45/hour • Health insurance • Generous 401(k) match • Stable leadership and long-term opportunity
