About the RN Wellness Director Position
As the RN Wellness Director at Brookdale, you will play a vital role in leading and managing our clinical team to deliver the highest standards of care and services for our residents. You will build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to ensure personalized care coordination. Collaborating closely with community leadership, you will mentor your team and enhance resident and family satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
• Education required to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• A valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic documentation.

Base pay is determined by skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but can participate in the company’s 401(k) plan.
We encourage veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses to apply. Brookdale also offers to cover fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for eligible associates who have been with us for at least one year.

Responsibilities
You will manage the daily clinical services in a complex community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity while providing quality care as their healthcare needs evolve. You will supervise and lead licensed nurses and direct care staff within the community and may oversee a clinical leadership team of up to five members.
