Duties • Conduct detailed patient assessments by evaluating vital signs, physiology, anatomy, and medical history to inform care plans. • Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols while monitoring for adverse reactions. • Perform venipuncture and IV insertions with precision to ensure effective treatment delivery. • Maintain meticulous medical documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other Medical Record systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Monitor patient status continuously by tracking vital signs, observing symptoms, and updating medical records promptly. • Ensure all nursing activities comply with healthcare regulations and standards including HIPAA privacy rules.
