Pay: Up to $45/hour (based on experience) + weekend differentials

What You'll Be Doing:
• Be the calm in the storm -- monitor and assess residents through the night
• Administer meds, care for wounds, and help residents rest easy
• Educate and support residents and families
• Supervise amazing CNAs and help mentor new staff
• Collaborate with docs and leaders to improve care and outcomes
What You'll Need:
• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska
• CPR certification
• A genuine passion for senior care
• A heart for teamwork and a mind for leadership
