RN/Registered Nurse -Clinical Operations Manager/Hospice in Hattiesburg, MS

The Clinical operations manager is accountable to the Director of Hospice/facility administrator. This position is responsible as the department lead for the EMR. and is responsible for managing all clinical review processes, for monitoring EPIC workqueues that pertains to oversite of the management of clinical operations including billing, charge reviews, orders, and account reviews for the department. Supervises the Patient Care Managers in the Hospice offices to ensure that goals relating to quality outcomes and productivity are met. Responsible for preparations for Accreditation surveys and state surveys. Provides assistance to the Executive Director in budget preparation, development and control. Assigned to special project development. Assists the Director and Quality/performance staff in developing policies and procedures, productivity standards, staff education, staff scheduling, understanding and implementation of all state, federal, and governmental guidelines.
