Hospice Supervisor
Logan Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled RN Hospice Supervisor to lead and support our interdisciplinary hospice team

What you'll be doing:
• Overseeing day to day hospice operations and ensuring consistent, high quality care
• Hiring, coaching, evaluating, and when necessary managing performance and separations
• Creating and adjusting clinician schedules to meet patient needs
• Supporting clinical problem solving and serving as the primary resource for field staff
• Reviewing admissions, recertifications, documentation, and confirming service plans
• Assisting intake by evaluating new referrals and finding appropriate visit availability
• Leading and coordinating compliance and quality efforts, including regulatory readiness and process improvement
• Maintaining clinical competence and providing occasional hands on support, including medication delivery or patient care when needed
• Collaborating with leadership to address patient concerns and enhance the overall care experience
• Monitoring financial performance and contributing to efficient resource use
• Ensuring adherence to Logan Health policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
• Leads the hiring process, preparation and delivery of evaluations and corrective actions
What you bring:
• Current Montana RN license or multi state compact
• Minimum of one (1) years' leadership experience required (Lead or Charge nursing experience qualifies)
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Home Health or Hospice setting preferred
• Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Excellent organization and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
• Proficiency with Excel and comfortable learning medical software applications

Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, typically 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Position is in office, but occasional field support is required based on patient and clinician needs.
On Call Expectations:
• Call four nights per week for phone support. Rare in person visits, though possible
• Leadership call one weekend every fourth week
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
