Saturday RN/LVN shift for Pediatric Client in San Rafael in San Rafael, CA

Job Overview: We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an RN/LVN, you will provide direct patient care to the Pediatric Client under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Supervisor or physician. Your primary responsibilities will include administering medications and G-tube feedings, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures. Duties: - Provide compassionate care for the clients who require total assistance with bathing, repositioning, and other procedures as necessary per family request. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers - Monitor and record vital signs - Assist with patient assessments and document findings - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plan - Assist with patient transfers and mobility Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California - Experience in a home healthcare setting is preferred - Knowledge of care planning principles and practices - Proficient in taking accurate vital signs and documenting patient information - Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the patient's family, and healthcare team members - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a home environment - Document all care provided in the timely manner We offer competitive pay rates, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development.
