School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) | Clovis, California in Clovis, CA

A contracted position is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide essential school nursing services at an elementary school in Clovis, CA. This role supports a temporary absence, delivering health care and assisting with Initial Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) at the preschool level. The ideal candidate will be available for approximately 16 hours per week, preferably covering two full days, continuing through June 4, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite nursing care and health support to students during school hours
• Assist with initial IEP meetings and related health assessments at the preschool level
• Collaborate with school staff to implement health services plans and manage student health records
• Support health education initiatives and promote a safe school environment
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and school district health policies

Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Preferred: California School Nurse Services Credential or willingness to obtain
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary school team
