A full-time RN with school nursing experience is needed to provide healthcare services across K-12 schools in Blue Springs, MO. This contract role spans the current school year, requiring a flexible, self-directed nurse to manage health rooms independently after an initial training period.

Key Responsibilities:
• Float among multiple schools, supporting general health room nursing needs.
• Manage all aspects of healthcare within assigned schools, often as the sole RN on site.
• Deliver care to students from PreK through 12th grade.
• Accurately document all health interactions using computer-based charting systems.
• Adapt to variable schedules (7:00 AM2:30 PM or 9:00 AM4:30 PM) that may change weekly or with short notice due to events or staff absences.

Required Qualifications:
• Current Missouri RN license with no restrictions or disciplinary actions (verify via Nursys).
• Recent pediatric nursing experience preferred, ideally in ICU, ER, or school health settings (no new graduates).
• Strong technology skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Flexibility to handle varied work hours and student age groups.

Location:
• Position based in Blue Springs, MO with no travel outside this area.
