A full-time Certified School Nurse (CSN) position is available in Elgin, IL, supporting multiple middle school locations within an elementary school setting. This contract role spans the entire school year (CSY) and requires onsite presence with flexibility to serve across four different school locations. Responsibilities: • Provide nursing care and health support to students across four middle school sites. • Collaborate with onsite Registered Nurses (RNs) to manage and assist with Student IEPs. • Ensure compliance with school health policies and procedures. • Monitor and document student health concerns and communicate with school staff and families as needed. Qualifications: • Current Illinois Certified School Nurse (CSN) license is required. • Experience working in a school nursing environment preferred. • Ability to flex between multiple school locations as needed. • Strong communication and organizational skills to support student health needs and collaborate with education teams.
