A healthcare professional is needed for a part-time position supporting an elementary/prek student in a school setting located in Plainfield, IL. This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring 21 hours per week, scheduled on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The primary responsibility will be providing 1:1 nursing care for a student with a tracheostomy. Candidates must have experience managing trach care and demonstrate a strong understanding of school nursing practices. The ability to collaborate with educators and support the student’s health needs throughout the school day is essential.
