A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to support K-12 students in a school setting located near San Bernardino, CA. This contract position runs from the start of the school year through the end of the school year with potential for extended summer services and possible renewal. The ideal candidate is credentialed and experienced in school nursing and case management.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care and case management services to students in a K-12 school environment.
• Assist with virtual health support and telehealth services.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individual health plans.
• Monitor student health status and maintain accurate documentation.
• Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California.
• Experience in school nursing and case management preferred.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and provide virtual support.

• Credentialed candidates are highly preferred.

Work schedule:
