Responsibilities and Duties: • Provide high-level perioperative nursing or surgical tech support in a Level III Trauma Center environment. • Maintain 1:1 patient ratio in surgical cases ensuring safety and quality. • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and interdisciplinary teams. • Float between Main OR and OR North, adapting to varying surgical specialties. • Participate in weekend and overnight on-call rotations with timely response requirements.
