The Senior Learning and Development RN would be working for a major Fortune 500 company and has strong career growth potential.

Senior Learning and Development RN Highlights:
• Location: Hybrid ??? Iselin, NJ 08830
• * Must reside in New Jersey
• Hybrid after training (home & office)
• In-office 4 days/month (not consecutive; travel unpaid)
• Schedule: 8:00 AM ??? 5:00 PM EST, Monday???Friday (no OT/weekends)
• * Classroom training (camera on) for 7 days; field work for master training certification
• Pay Range: $45???$50/hour

Senior Learning and Development RN Responsibilities:
• Train new and existing staff on New Jersey Care Management, focusing on New Jersey Health Choice (NJHC).
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Manage administrative certification tasks and liaise with the State of New Jersey.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Senior Learning and Development RN Qualifications:
• Required:
• * 5+ years of relevant LTSS care management experience
• Bachelor???s Degree (Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or related field)
• Registered Nurse
• NJ Health Choice Certification
• Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferred:
• * NJ Health Choice MASTER TRAINER Certification

Disqualifiers:
• Lacking NJ Choice Certification
• Residing outside New Jersey
