Your Impact! • Lead and inspire nursing staff across multiple divisions to deliver outstanding care. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align nursing services with institutional objectives. • Promote innovation, research, and continuous quality improvement in oncology nursing practice. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting body requirements, including The Joint Commission. What We’re Looking For? Minimum Qualifications: • Active RN with a graduate degree in nursing or a related field. • 10+ years of nursing experience, including 4+ years in leadership/managerial roles. • Arkansas RN licensure or eligibility. • National Nursing Certification. Preferred Qualifications: • 8+ years of nursing managerial experience in oncology or related service areas. • 4+ years of oncology nursing experience (inpatient or ambulatory). Key Skills & Abilities: • Expertise in oncology nursing and patient care. • Leadership and mentorship to guide multidisciplinary teams. • Strong communication, analytical, and resource management skills. • Familiarity with Magnet standards and nursing excellence.
