Location: Woodbury Long Island Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $41-$50/hr with potential monthly bonuses Schedule: Flexible 4-5 days a week Role Overview As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will lead our medical operations at the studio, acting as both a clinical authority and a business innovator. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety and compliance, mentoring the nursing team, and delivering medical services that result in transformative client experiences. Key Responsibilities • Medical Expertise: Deliver outstanding nursing care, provide expert guidance, and administer IV drips and injections with precision. • Training, Safety & Compliance: Mentor RNs in clinical operations, educate front desk staff on medical services, and maintain compliance with medical and safety standards. • Medical Performance: Engage in revenue-generating strategies, partner with management to implement activations, and track medical KPIs for improved outcomes. • Studio Leadership: Work with management to integrate medical services into studio operations, manage medical staffing, and foster a high-performance culture. Qualifications • Licensure: Must possess an active, unencumbered RN license in NY. • Certifications: Current BLS certification mandatory. • Experience: Minimum of two years in an acute care setting and at least one year of administering IVs/injections. • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leadership roles is preferred. • Skills: Exhibits strong mentoring abilities, multitasking skills, and excellent interpersonal communication. • Commitment: Dedication to compliance and a passion for continuous learning. • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
