The SANE program sees patients of all ages and genders. SANEs must be comfortable practicing autonomously in a patient-centered environment while discussing sensitive topics.Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) provide direct care to victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, strangulation, and child abuse who present to the emergency departments. Using trauma informed care and forensic nursing, they deliver coordinated, expert forensic and medical care necessary to increased successful prosecution of sex offenders and to assure essential medial intervention to victims of violence.Job Description:**Hiring for our next SANE training 4/27/2026-5/1/2026. All candidates must be available to attend this week long local training**Schedule Requirements:•    36 hours of on-call time per month- 12 hours of weekend call required•    Attend quarterly team meetings•    Attend 1 annual education day•    Maintain competency through 6 hours of continuing education per calendar yearResponsibilities:1.
