Position Overview:
We currently have full-time openings for a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. Positions are available for daytime, evening shifts, and per diem work. Work alongside a team of dedicated caregivers to provide long-term care and rehabilitation services. Our nursing staff ratios lead the industry, and we are committed to providing a respectful and safe workplace for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver general nursing care to assigned residents, including medication administration and clinical interventions.
• Administer nursing treatments in line with residents' care plans.
• Oversee nurse aide assignments and caregiving tasks during shifts.
• Act as a leader and role model for excellent customer service, implementing quality improvement efforts during shifts.
• Ensure unit operations meet accepted quality standards.
Requirements:
• Current Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Ability to assess, plan, provide, and document nursing care for a designated group of patients based on their care plans.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic health records.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care for the elderly.
• Full-Time positions require availability for every other weekend and holiday.
• Per Diem positions require availability for one weekend per month and one holiday per season.
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $38.00 to $47.25.
Location: NDHC Long Term and Skilled Nursing Care.
