Key Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, and implement ongoing educational programs for nursing and support staff • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding • Evaluate staff competencies and coordinate in-service training • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards • Support infection control and quality assurance programs • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff Why Join Us?
