Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inpatient Med-Tele Staff Nurse position located in Winnebago, NE. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and supporting healthcare providers within the integrated care model. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and families about health management, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes. Qualifications • Proficiency in patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. • Skilled in medication administration and monitoring patient conditions effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and families and collaborate with healthcare team members. • Ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records while adhering to healthcare regulations and best practices. • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. • Knowledge of Indigenous Health and cultural sensitivity in healthcare settings is preferred.
