Department/Unit Summary The ICU RN provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Meets the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family. Communicate effectively with all members of the health care team as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment. • 1 Hour Shifts 1900-0730 How You'll Contribute You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
