Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff RN located in Rockville, MD. The Staff RN will provide high-quality clinical care to clients, including administering medications, monitoring and assessing patient health, conducting health evaluations, and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. The role also includes coordinating with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered support. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate documentation of patient care. Qualifications • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland • Experience with administering medications, managing care plans, and maintaining patient safety • Effective communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals • Proficiency in observing and assessing physical and mental patient conditions • Ability to provide emotional and physical support to patients, fostering their independence • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail, particularly for accurate documentation • Certification in CPR and first aid (required) • Experience with geriatric care or familiarity with Alzheimer's and dementia care (preferred) • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessary
