Job Description
A company is looking for a Manager, Instruction Faculty Family Nurse Practitioner / Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
Establishes performance expectations and manages instructor performance to meet educational goals
Develops and leads training initiatives while maintaining regular communication with students and instructors
Collaborates with various departments to enhance the student experience and executes strategic plans
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in nursing
Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Current, unencumbered APRN license with the ability to secure RN and APRN licenses in all 50 states
2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner and 2 years of leadership experience
Preferred : PhD or DNP and 5 years of leadership experience in higher education
