State Licensed Health Information Manager in Cranston, RI
Job Description
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Health Information Management.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead HIM strategy to build scalable processes for fulfilling medical records requests
Process medical records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response and resolution times for records requests
Required Qualifications
10+ years of related HIM experience with a Bachelor's degree (8+ with Master's, 5+ with PhD)
Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Health Information Management, or a related field
AHIMA Registered Health Information Technician certification
Experience in a fully digital environment, preferably in telehealth or digital health
Experience managing a team of HIM professionals is a plus
