Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient care in a stepdown unit handling complex medical and surgical cases
• Utilize specialized equipment such as bladder scanners, IV and PCA pumps, bipaps, cpaps, vapotherms, and more
• Titrate vasoactive drips including neosynephrine, amiodarone, and cardizem with precision
• Provide line management including IV insertions, PICC/central line care, vascular device access, dialysis fistula management, and arterial line oversight
• Deliver airway management with proficiency in CPAP, BiPAP, and trach care
• Support orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and oncology patients with epidural/PCA pump and feeding tube management, plus wound vac care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
• Active RN license with experience in stepdown or critical care nursing
• Expertise in invasive line management and vasoactive medication titration
• Comfortable handling complex airway devices and cardiac monitoring procedures
