Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to post-op CABG patients in a stepdown/CCU setting.
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond to changes with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Adhere to facility protocols and promote a safe, therapeutic environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Current RN licensure with at least 2 years of recent experience in post-op CABG recovery.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality nursing care in a critical care stepdown unit.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Residency or permanent address located within 50 miles of Columbia, MS.
Schedule & Contract Details:
• Full-time day shift: 7 AM to 7 PM.
• 13-week contract assignment.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
