A skilled Registered Nurse specializing in step-down care is needed to provide compassionate, expert care for adult patients facing a range of acute medical conditions. This role involves working in an acute care hospital environment with a patient population that includes cardiac, neurological, renal, infectious, and pulmonary cases. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating direct patient care and providing patient education while working collaboratively within a unit staffing ratio of 1:5.
