Stepdown Registered Nurse | Henrietta, Texas in Henrietta, TX

Provide skilled nursing care in a dynamic stepdown setting supporting multiple departments including Med Surg, PCU, and ER holding. This role requires adaptability and teamwork to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:
• Current and active RN license
• Experience in stepdown nursing or related acute care settings
• Willingness to float across Med Surg, PCU, and ER holding units
• ICU experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from ICU to lower acuity settings

Schedule:
• Night shift: three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• 84 hours biweekly schedule with a 72-hour guarantee
