Stepdown Registered Nurse - Marlow, Oklahoma in Marlow, OK

A nursing opportunity is available for an experienced registered nurse in a stepdown unit specializing in cardiovascular care. This position involves working in a focused 33-bed stepdown unit that manages complex cardiac cases such as STEMI and NSTEMI, congestive heart failure, and post-cardiothoracic surgery care. Nurses in this role will provide critical care for patients requiring noninvasive ventilation, antiarrhythmic IV medications, and management of peripheral vascular issues. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, handling cardiovascular and related medical conditions, and providing support across med/surg or emergency room departments as needed. Flexibility in schedule is crucial; shifts run from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., and block scheduling is not available.
