Key Qualifications:
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Comfortable managing a patient ratio of 1:5 in a 25-bed stepdown unit
• Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably MedHost
• Ability to work rotating night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
• Flexibility to float across units as needed

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients requiring intermediate monitoring and treatment
• Monitor patient status and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Respond adeptly to patient needs and emergencies in the stepdown environment
