Key Responsibilities: • Lead clinical staff across neighborhoods in areas such as infection control, wound management, safety, and the RAI process. • Implement and oversee clinical policies ensuring safe, sanitary, and effective nursing practices aligned with professional standards. • Ensure compliance with documentation, medication administration, nursing care, safety, sanitation, and resident rights in accordance with facility and government regulations. • Collaborate to maintain efficient use of resources and appropriate staffing patterns that align with organizational goals. • Promote teamwork and communication among clinical staff, physicians, other healthcare professionals, and retail providers. • Deliver dementia-sensitive care that supports individualized, person-centered approaches enhancing resident well-being.
