Responsibilities / Duties: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to step-down patients requiring close observation and intervention • Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to protocols • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members on care plans • Educate patients and families about health status and care requirements • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities Schedule / Hours: • 36 hours per week • Night shifts: 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM • Three 12-hour shifts per week • Every other weekend and rotating holidays This contract opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding environment for RNs experienced in step-down care.
