Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to stepdown unit patients. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Float to Medical/Surgical units during low census days to maintain flexible staffing. • Maintain patient safety and adhere to clinical protocols consistently. • Work a rotation schedule of three 12-hour shifts with the ability to cover consecutive weekends. Qualifications and Experience: • Active Hawaii RN license required prior to the start date. • Solid experience in a stepdown nursing role. • Ability to perform effectively in both stepdown and med/surg settings. • Commitment to working consecutive weekend shifts as needed. • Strong critical thinking and patient care skills. Schedule: • 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each. • Rotation includes weekend coverage. Additional Information: Holiday pay applies if the shift begins on the holiday itself, with full shift holiday rates applicable under those conditions.
