Qualifications & Desired Experience: • Current RN licensure with Stepdown or Med-Surgical Telemetry experience • Minimum of 2 years experience in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry acute care settings • Ability to work efficiently in various care units, including the potential to float as needed • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry units • Monitor and assess patient condition and respond appropriately to changes • Administer medications and treatments accurately • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans • Adapt to floating to different units or nearby sites within designated skill set, ensuring patient care continuity Location: This position is based in Racine, Wisconsin, a vibrant city along the shores of Lake Michigan.
