Job Description
A healthcare opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in stepdown care, ready to provide exceptional patient support in diverse unit settings. This contract position offers a dynamic clinical environment where your expertise in med/surg, telemetry, and progressive care units will be highly valued.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of nursing experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units, along with at least one year in a progressive care unit (PCU). Current state licensure and up-to-date ACLS and BLS certifications are required to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities include providing compassionate and skilled nursing care while floating between the PCU, Telemetry, and Med Surg units. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication skills to work effectively across multiple teams and patient populations.
