Job Description
**Overview:** Renown Health values its students and offers a comprehensive student program to ensure a positive educational experience. As a Student APRN Program participant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting while working towards your certification or degree. **Responsibilities:**
• Be enrolled in a required certification/degree program affiliated with Renown for a student externship
• Complete necessary courses and/or curriculum prior to clinical rotation
• Maintain appropriate, applicable licenses, certificates, and permits necessary or required to perform rotation
• Comply with all compliance requirements, including proof of immunity to rubella and rubeola, varicella, and hepatitis B, as well as completion of flu shot, TB Skin test or Quantiferon testing, and American Heart Association (AHA) approved BLS Certification
• Complete HIPAA Compliance Training, Human Blood and Body Fluid Precautions and Infection Control training, and pass a criminal background check and drug screen
